The author:
Born in 1954, Terèsa Pambrun lives in Lavedan, a mountain valley in the Hautes-Pyrénées (65).
After having taught for twenty years in elementary school, she was a pedagogical advisor in Occitan language and culture for teachers.
Lulled in her childhood by her father's tales, she is interested in Pyrenean legends as well as in tales and myths. She also writes and illustrates tales for children in Occitan.
Letras d'òc has published her study on the imaginary world of stones and rocks in the Pyrenees, Memòrias de peira, and a series of children's stories illustrated with original watercolors, Los Òmis Petits and La quista deus Òmis Petits.
