A progressive method for learning Languedocian Occitan, developed by the Écoles Occitanes d'Été and widely used in Occitan courses at secondary school level, as well as in adult education.

The author:
Jean Rigouste (1938), is an Occitan pedagogue and linguist specializing in toponymy. He taught modern literature at the lycées of Agen, Mérignac and Bergerac. He also worked at the IUFM d'Aquitaine and the University of Bordeaux III.
