The author:
Miquèl Decòr (Michel Décor). Born in 1949, in Bisan de Minervois, dead in 2021. Professor of letters, has published collections of poetry: The smothered that simmers,  The Shepherd of the Stars,  The torn night.
Several of his texts have been set to song (Patric, Martí, Eric Fraj). He has also recorded a reading CD of his poems.
For children, he wrote the poems Les treize dires and le conte de L'ogre (Farfadet, 2004) from which the schoolchildren of the Calandrette in Carcassonne pulled off a show (spring 2004).
