Leis Amics de Mesclum - L'armanac 2021
(Almanac of Provence).

The work of the association Mesclum remains in the great tradition of the almanacs of the XIXth century: collections of stories to the emphasized morality. But he speaks here about our time and his values, and defends them when the system puts them at risk.

The lexicon at the end of the book will, as usual, allow readers to find their way when they are not well assured in their non-taught language (or so little).


The "Mesclum" page of the newspaper "La Marseillaise" has been published every Thursday since 1985. It contains articles of the fonds, reviews and photos, news and serial novels, drawings, comic strips and, regularly, information Cultural, political and economic life in Occitania.
It was 9 years later, in 1994, that the association "Leis Amics de Mesclum" was created, the weekly publication, work of a militant, thus becoming a collective project. The primary goal of the association, which is fundamentally anti-racist, is the struggle for true equality of men, which requires the equality of cultures, especially those, such as Occitan culture, which are minorised and depreciated as if the Value of a culture could be measured in numbers, but unfortunately this is a very common colonialist point of view ...
