"Au clot de la sablo umido, li clavo
lisco e roundo
di bato nuso de nòsti chivau,
liéure
coume lis erso de la mar.

"Esquisso courbo d'un camin de liberta,
aubo palunenco,
vèspre de salabrun,
pantai d'escumo."

Translation in french:

"Au creux du sable humide, les empreintes
lisses et rondes
des sabots nus de nos chevaux,
libres
comme les vagues de la mer.

"Esquisses courbes d'un chemin de liberté,
aube sur les marais,
soirs d'air salé,
songes d'écume."
